I only drive three streets over 20 miles, and outside of the regular, less than stellar drivers, it's a simple drive. I don't commute anymore which is wonderful!!
People use Peoria Ave instead of Dunlap and it's very busy road with speeders all the time!! Resident 2y ago. Quiet area, well kept community. Convenient to shopping and major highways. Close to community centers for active adults, sports complex, and entertainment. But, watch out for coyotes! They like dogs too! The people are friendly and polite There are many grocery stores in or on the out skirts of the city There are two hospitals here too Everyone is friendly here The commute is easy with little traffic except during when snow birds arrive.

It's very quiet. They have access to everything they need. The grocery store, the doctor's office, the auto repair, the bank, insurance company, golf.
