Windows XP does not support Aero glass, but you can still use the background images from downloaded Windows 7 theme on your XP desktop.
You can find the backgrounds inside the themepack folder itself or in a sub-folder named DesktopBackground. Most Windows 7 themes consist of multiple background images and Windows 7 will automatically change your desktop background at periodic intervals using one of the images from the themepack.
The program allows lot of tweaking but you can skip that because the default settings are very similar to what you need for simulating Windows 7 behavior on your XP or Vista computer. Some Windows 7 themes download images from the internet via RSS feeds when switching desktop backgrounds. Most Windows 7 themes only contain a glass color and desktop backgrounds. However, some may contain screensavers, sounds, cursors, and icons as well.
Sounds - You can copy the sound files. Else, you will have to manually change your sounds from the Control Panel. Icons - If the Windows 7 theme that you plan to use with XP or Vista contains a different set of desktop and system icons. Browse to the location of the icon extract from the Windows 7 theme and select the one you want to apply. This thing we are about to download will allow you to run ANY OS - that does include windows and linux, but not Mac Unless you are illegally doing it.

Click in the window Follow the guided installer partition it all!!! Allow it to reboot. When you have got all updates installed Right Control click to get out Click on Devices Install guest additions Click on the autorun file restart.
And you are done!!!! If you have done everything right Linux windows will run next to Vista or XP windows with look like Mac. Why does ubuntu take so long to download i've been waiting to get the download screen on the bottom of google for million minuites!!!!
Hi its great to share knowlege when possible but best run a linux OS on a vmware workstation or you can use the built in Virtual Machine that come with windows 7, i seen the latest mac os they are still too far behind, but the linux is usefull i have 4 Linux servers on my Vmware Server ESXi 5.

I was going to install something it told me i gotta remove vista osx so i did and guess what happened after i uninstalled it? When you view the files on your memory stick this is the first location you see. Wasn't that easy?

You can exit to the normal XMB like you would if you were browsing any other site.
